Doctor's Best L-Tryptophan provides 500 mg of the essential amino acid L-tryptophan per capsule. The body cannot make tryptophan and must obtain it from food such as poultry, eggs, cheese, oats and seeds; it is a precursor of serotonin and melatonin.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule a day with water, separately from protein-containing meals and other amino acid supplements. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
