Ingredienser
Per capsule: zinc (as zinc bisglycinate chelate, Albion®) 50 mg (500% NRV).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Allergens: none declared.
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal with water. For short-term use only unless advised by a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Advarsler
For adults only. High-dose zinc: 50 mg exceeds the EU tolerable upper intake level of 25 mg/day. Long-term intake of high doses of zinc can cause copper deficiency. Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women or people under 18. Do not combine with other zinc-containing supplements. Consult a doctor before use, especially if you take antibiotics, other medication or have a medical condition. May cause nausea if taken on an empty stomach. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
