Doctor's Best High Absorption Magnesium provides magnesium as Albion® TRAACS® magnesium lysinate glycinate chelate – magnesium bound to the amino acids glycine and lysine in a fully chelated (100% reacted) form, which is gentle on the stomach. This unflavoured powder is pure chelate with no other ingredients; one 2 g scoop supplies 200 mg of elemental magnesium.

Anvendelse
Adults: mix 1 level scoop into 240 ml of juice or another drink, twice a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
