Doctor's Best High Absorption Magnesium provides magnesium as Albion® TRAACS® magnesium lysinate glycinate chelate – magnesium bound to the amino acids glycine and lysine in a fully chelated (100% reacted) form, which is gentle on the stomach. Two tablets supply 200 mg of elemental magnesium.

Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Ingredienser

Per 2 tablets: magnesium 200 mg (53% NRV) from 2000 mg magnesium lysinate glycinate chelate (Albion® TRAACS®).

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), stearic acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, silicon dioxide, hypromellose.

Anvendelse

Adults: 2 tablets twice a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
