Doctor's Best Brain Magnesium contains Magtein® magnesium L-threonate – a patented compound of magnesium with threonic acid, a metabolite of vitamin C, developed by researchers at MIT. Three capsules provide 2085 mg of magnesium L-threonate, supplying 150 mg of elemental magnesium.

Anvendelse
Adults: 2 capsules in the morning and 1 capsule one hour before bedtime with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
