Carlson Chelated Magnesium provides 200 mg of magnesium per tablet from magnesium glycinate chelate buffered with magnesium oxide. Carlson Labs is a family-owned American company founded in 1965, known especially for its Norwegian fish oils.

Ingredienser
Per tablet: magnesium (glycinate chelate, oxide) 200 mg (53% NRV).
Other ingredients: rice flour, cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, ethylcellulose, carnauba wax, glazing agent.
Allergens: none.
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 tablet a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Advarsler
For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Excessive intake of magnesium may have a laxative effect.
