BetterYou Magnesium Max Sleep is a hot-chocolate-style drink powder with 375 mg of magnesium from glycinate, citrate and malate, plus 200 mg of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) extract, sweetened with stevia – designed as a calming evening drink.

Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Passionflower has a long tradition of use in European herbal practice as an evening herb.

Ingredienser

Per serving (5 g): magnesium 375 mg (100% NRV); passionflower 4:1 extract 200 mg.

Ingredients: cocoa powder, maltodextrin, magnesium citrate, magnesium glycinate, magnesium malate, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) extract 4:1, sweetener (steviol glycosides).

Allergens: none.

Anvendelse

Adults and children over 13: 1 heaped teaspoon (5 g) in 250 ml hot milk or plant drink, about 30 minutes before bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
