Applied Nutrition BCAA Amino-Hydrate is a sugar-free intra-workout drink powder combining 7.2 g of branched-chain amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio with 3 g of L-glutamine, 1 g of citrulline malate, electrolyte salts (sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, phosphorus) and vitamin B6. Virtually calorie-free. Informed-Sport tested, Halal certified. Flavours include Icy Blue Raz, Fruit Burst, Green Apple, Lemon & Lime, Pineapple, Orange & Mango and Watermelon.

Ingredients: BCAA 2:1:1 (L-leucine (26%), L-isoleucine (13%), L-valine (13%)), L-glutamine, L-citrulline malate (2:1), sodium citrate, potassium citrate, calcium phosphate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), flavouring, sodium chloride, acid (citric acid), sweetener (sucralose), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl), colour (varies by flavour: beetroot red, curcumin, or tartrazine and brilliant blue FCF).

Allergens: none of the 14 major allergens in the recipe. Made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.

Anvendelse

Mix 1 scoop (14 g) with 500 ml of water and shake well. Drink during training, or through the day on rest days; 1–3 servings a day. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Advarsler
