Applied Nutrition BCAA 6K provides the three branched-chain amino acids – leucine, isoleucine and valine – in a 4:1:1 ratio, with added vitamins B6 and B12. Leucine, isoleucine and valine are essential amino acids that must come from the diet. Informed-Sport tested, Halal certified.

6000 mg BCAAs per serving (4000 mg leucine, 1000 mg isoleucine, 1000 mg valine)
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal red blood cell formation and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredienser

Per 10 capsules: BCAAs 4:1:1 6000 mg, providing L-leucine 4000 mg, L-isoleucine 1000 mg, L-valine 1000 mg; vitamin B6 3 mg (214% NRV); vitamin B12 5 µg (200% NRV).

Other ingredients: capsule [hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour (brilliant blue)], free-flowing agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), bulking agent (rice flour).

Allergens: none of the 14 major allergens in the recipe. Made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.

Anvendelse

Adults: 10 capsules (1 serving) with water, 1–2 times a day, e.g. before and after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
