Applied Nutrition ABE (All Black Everything) Ultimate Pre-Workout is a flavoured powder combining citrulline malate, creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, taurine, VitaCholine® choline bitartrate and 200 mg of caffeine with niacin and vitamin B12 in a 12.5 g scoop. It is batch-tested under the Informed-Sport programme, vegan and Halal certified. This listing is the assorted flavours flavour. Available in flavours such as Icy Blue Raz, Cherry Cola, Cool Watermelon, Candy Ice Blast (with Breathe Easy™ cooling flavouring), Energy, Fruit Punch, Bubblegum Crush, Sour Apple, Tropical Vibes, Baddy Berry and Slush Puppie® flavours – the colours used differ by flavour.

Energy 1.8 kcal; carbohydrate 0.2 g, of which sugars 0 g; fat 0 g; protein 0 g; salt 0.33 g.

Ingredients (assorted flavours): citrulline malate (2:1), creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, acid (citric acid), flavouring, acidity regulator (sodium carbonates), taurine, choline bitartrate (VitaCholine®), caffeine anhydrous, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium silicate), sweetener (sucralose), colour (varies by flavour), niacin (niacinamide), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Allergens: none of the 14 major allergens in the recipe. Made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.

Anvendelse

Adults: mix 1 scoop (12.5 g) with 250 ml of cold water and drink 15 minutes before exercise. New users: half a scoop for the first 7 days. Do not take more than one serving a day. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. High caffeine content (200 mg per 12.5 g serving) – not recommended for children, people under 18 or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not combine with other caffeine sources.
