Per 3 capsules: Magtein® magnesium L-threonate 2000 mg, providing magnesium 144 mg (38% NRV).
Other ingredients: capsule shell (pullulan).
Allergens: none.
Anvendelse
Adults: 3 capsules a day – 1 in the afternoon and 2 about an hour before bedtime – with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
