Allnutrition Magnesium 5 Forms + B6 (P-5-P) combines five organic magnesium compounds – citrate, lactate, malate, bisglycinate and taurate – with vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, its active coenzyme form.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredienser

Per 2 capsules: magnesium 184 mg (49% NRV); vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate) 2 mg (143% NRV).

Ingredients: magnesium citrate, magnesium lactate, magnesium malate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium taurate, capsule shell (gelatin), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate.

Allergens: none. May contain cereals containing gluten, soy, milk and eggs.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
