Allnutrition Ashwagandha KSM-66 provides 200 mg of KSM-66® – a full-spectrum, organic root extract of Withania somnifera standardised to 5% withanolides – with BioPerine® black pepper extract. Ashwagandha has been used in Ayurvedic tradition for centuries.

Ingredienser
Per tablet: KSM-66® organic ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) 200 mg, providing withanolides 10 mg; BioPerine® black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum) 1.1 mg, providing piperine 1 mg.
Other ingredients: filler: cellulose, starch, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 tablet a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Advarsler
For adults only. Not for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use if you have thyroid disease, autoimmune disease or liver problems, or if you take sedative, hypnotic or antiepileptic medication. Stop use and consult a doctor if symptoms of liver problems occur. Consult a doctor if you are taking any medication. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
