Trained by JP Cream of Rice is finely milled rice flour that cooks into a smooth, porridge-like meal in about a minute. It is a simple, low-fat source of carbohydrate that is popular with bodybuilders and athletes around training. It is flavoured and sweetened with sucralose, with no added sugar.

Användning

Mix one serving (approx. 25 g) with boiling water and stir until smooth, or add to a shake; adjust the amount to your carbohydrate needs. Can be eaten before or after training or as part of a meal.
