Swanson Vitamin A provides 3,000 µg (10,000 IU) of preformed vitamin A from cod liver oil and retinyl palmitate, in a flaxseed oil base. This is a high-dose product.

Ingredienser
Per softgel: vitamin A (cod liver oil and retinyl palmitate) 3,000 µg (375% NRV).
Other ingredients: flaxseed oil, gelatin, glycerin, purified water, tocopherols.
Allergens: contains fish (cod).
Användning
Adults: 1 softgel a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Varningar
For adults only. Do not use if you are pregnant, may become pregnant or are breastfeeding – high intakes of vitamin A can harm the unborn child. Not for long-term use unless under medical supervision. High-dose product: the amount per serving exceeds the tolerable upper intake level set by EFSA for vitamin A. Do not combine with other supplements containing vitamin A, do not use long-term without medical supervision, and consult a doctor before use. Not recommended for post-menopausal women or people with liver disease. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
