Swanson Quercetin High Potency provides 475 mg of quercetin per capsule. Quercetin is one of the most common flavonols in the human diet, found in onions, capers, apples, berries and tea, where it gives many plants their yellow pigmentation.

Ingredienser
Per capsule: quercetin (quercetin dihydrate) 475 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegan capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.
Användning
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
