Swanson Century Formula is a complete once-daily multivitamin with 23 vitamins and minerals, including 27 mg of iron as ferrous fumarate.

Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and to normal oxygen transport in the body.
Vitamins C, D, B6, B12, folate, zinc, selenium and copper contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, B12, pantothenic acid and vitamin C contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (except thiamin).
Calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, maltodextrin, film coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol), magnesium stearate.

Användning

Adults: 1 tablet a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Contains iron – accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6; keep strictly out of reach of children and, in case of accidental overdose, contact a doctor or poison control centre immediately. Contains vitamin A – women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not exceed the recommended dose or combine with other vitamin A supplements.
