Swanson Daily Multi-Vitamin & Mineral is a broad-spectrum capsule with 13 vitamins and 9 minerals, including vitamin A (half as beta-carotene), vitamin C as buffered calcium ascorbate, B vitamins, iron, iodine from kelp, zinc and selenium.

Vitamins C, D, B6, B12, folate, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin.
Niacin, riboflavin, B6, B12 and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Per capsule: vitamin A (palmitate and 50% as beta-carotene) 3,000 µg (375% NRV); vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) 200 mg (250% NRV); vitamin D3 10 µg (200% NRV); vitamin E 10 mg (83% NRV); thiamin 10 mg (909% NRV); riboflavin 10 mg (714% NRV); niacin (niacinamide) 100 mg NE (625% NRV); vitamin B6 5 mg (357% NRV); folic acid 391 µg (196% NRV); vitamin B12 5 µg (200% NRV); pantothenic acid 20 mg (333% NRV); calcium 150 mg (19% NRV); iron (ferrous sulphate) 12 mg (86% NRV); iodine (kelp) 150 µg (100% NRV); magnesium 32.5 mg (9% NRV); zinc (sulphate) 15 mg (150% NRV); selenium (amino acid complex) 200 µg (364% NRV); copper 2 mg (200% NRV); manganese 1 mg (50% NRV).

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate, silica, rice flour.

Contains sulphites.

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Varningar
