Swanson Just One Complete (Century Formula without Iron) is a vegan, iron-free once-daily multivitamin with 22 vitamins and minerals – suitable for men and post-menopausal women who do not need extra iron.

Vitamins C, D, B6, B12, folate, zinc, selenium and copper contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, B12, pantothenic acid and vitamin C contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (except thiamin).
Calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, maltodextrin, film coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol), magnesium stearate.

Användning

Adults: 1 tablet a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
