Swanson Iron provides 18 mg of iron as ferrous fumarate, a well-absorbed and economical form of the mineral. Iron needs are higher in menstruating women, and plant-based diets supply only the less readily absorbed non-haem form.

Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and to normal oxygen transport in the body.
Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal cognitive function.

Other ingredients: rice flour, gelatin (capsule), rice bran.

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
