Swanson Hesperidin provides 500 mg of hesperidin, the main flavonoid of citrus fruits, obtained from the peel of bitter orange (Citrus aurantium). Hesperidin is naturally abundant in the white pith and peel of oranges and lemons.

Användning
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
