Swanson Caprylic Acid supplies 600 mg of caprylic acid (C8), a medium-chain fatty acid naturally present in coconut oil and milk fat. Medium-chain fatty acids are absorbed directly into the portal vein and quickly used for energy. Caprylic acid is popular among people who follow a low-carbohydrate diet and often used alongside probiotics.

Ingredienser
Per softgel: caprylic acid (from medium-chain triglycerides) 600 mg; energy 10 kcal; fat 1 g, of which saturated 1 g.
Other ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, purified water.
Användning
Adults: 1 softgel twice a day with water before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
