Rule One R1 Protein Naturally Flavored is the clean-label version of R1 Protein: whey protein isolate and hydrolysed whey isolate flavoured only with natural flavours and cocoa and sweetened with stevia – no artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours. Per scoop (32.5 g, Dark Chocolate): energy 120 kcal; fat 1 g, of which saturates 1 g; carbohydrate 4 g, of which sugars 0 g; fibre 1 g; protein 25 g; salt 0.18 g; calcium 130 mg (16% NRV); iron 1 mg; potassium 250 mg. Vanilla values differ slightly.
Ingredients: protein blend (whey protein isolate, hydrolysed whey protein isolate) (milk), cocoa processed with alkali (Dark Chocolate), natural flavours, stevia leaf extract, salt, soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin.

Användning
Mix 1 scoop with 200–300 ml of cold water or milk and shake for 20–30 seconds. Take after training or between meals to help meet your daily protein intake.
