CBUM Essential Pre-Workout Tingle-Free is the beta-alanine-free version of Chris Bumstead's Essential Pre: 4 g L-citrulline, 2 g L-tyrosine, 1 g taurine, 300 mg alpha-GPC and 200 mg natural caffeine from Coffea arabica – without the skin tingle. Raw Nutrition products are Informed Sport tested.

Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredienser

Per scoop (10.5 g): vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 5 µg (200% NRV); sodium (pink Himalayan salt) 75 mg; L-citrulline 4 g; L-tyrosine 2 g; taurine 1 g; alpha-GPC 300 mg; natural caffeine (Coffea arabica) 200 mg.

Other ingredients: citric acid, natural flavours, malic acid, sweetener (sucralose), silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, fruit and vegetable powder (colour).

Användning

Adults: empty 1 sachet into 250–350 ml of cold water and drink 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 1 serving a day and do not take within 6 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
