OstroVit BCAA + Glutamine is a lemon-flavoured drink powder combining the three branched-chain amino acids – L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in a 2:1:1 ratio – with L-glutamine. Sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame K, no added sugar.

Ingredienser

Per serving (10 g): L-glutamine 4000 mg; L-leucine 2000 mg; L-isoleucine 1000 mg; L-valine 1000 mg.

Ingredients: L-glutamine, L-leucine, emulsifier (rapeseed lecithin), L-valine, L-isoleucine, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavourings, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K).

Allergens: manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Användning

Mix 10 g (2.5 scoops) with 100–150 ml of water or juice. Training days: 2 servings (after waking and after training); rest days: 1 serving after waking. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
