NOW Foods Wheat Germ Oil is a traditional nutritional oil that is not bleached, deodorised or hydrogenated. It naturally contains vitamin E and octacosanol. Can be taken by the spoon or added to cold dishes; natural separation may occur, so shake well.

Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredienser

Per tablespoon (15 ml): energy 120 kcal; fat 14 g, of which saturates 2.5 g, polyunsaturates 8 g, monounsaturates 2 g; vitamin E 20 mg.

Användning

Adults: shake well; 1 tablespoon a day, preferably with a meal. Refrigerate after opening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
