Beskrivning
NOW Foods Vitamin D3 Liquid Extra Strength concentrates 1,000 IU of vitamin D3 into one drop of MCT and safflower oil – ten times the strength of the regular drops. One or two drops a day, directly or in a drink.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function, and to the normal function of the immune system.

Ingredienser
Per drop (about 0.04 ml): vitamin D (as D3 cholecalciferol, from lanolin) 25 mcg (1,000 IU).
Other ingredients: MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides, from coconut/palm kernel oil), safflower oil.
Användning
Shake well. Adults: 1 drop once or twice a day, directly or added to a drink, ideally with a meal containing fat. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
