NOW Foods Vitamin D3 5000 IU Chewables provide a high dose of vitamin D3 in a mint-flavoured tablet you chew – no water needed.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function, and to the normal function of the immune system. Take it with a meal that contains some fat for best absorption.

125 mcg (5,000 IU) vitamin D3 per tablet
Sweetened with xylitol and sorbitol

This is a high dose, intended for adults – ideally after checking your vitamin D level with a doctor.

Ingredienser

Per chewable tablet: vitamin D (as D3 cholecalciferol, from lanolin) 125 mcg (5,000 IU).

Other ingredients: xylitol, microcrystalline cellulose, sorbitol, natural flavours, stearic acid (vegetable source), ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide.

Användning

Adults: chew 1 tablet a day with a meal containing fat, or as advised by your doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication (especially topical psoriasis medication or thiazide diuretics) or have a medical condition (especially high blood calcium, kidney disease or overactive parathyroid). Keep out of reach of children. Contains xylitol, which is toxic to dogs and other pets. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
