NOW Foods Selenium 100 mcg provides selenium as L-selenomethionine – the form found naturally in foods such as Brazil nuts, seafood and wheat germ. Yeast-free.

Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to the normal function of the immune system, to normal thyroid function, to normal spermatogenesis and to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.

Available in 100 and 250 tablet packs

Ingredienser

Per tablet: selenium (from L-selenomethionine) 100 µg.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Användning

Adults: 1 tablet a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
