NOW Foods Potassium Citrate supplies potassium in citrate form. Potassium is abundant in fruit and vegetables and, together with sodium, keeps the body's fluid and electrolyte balance in order. The small dose per capsule lets you adjust intake from 1 to 5 capsules a day.

Potassium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: potassium (from 310 mg potassium citrate) 99 mg.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule 1 to 5 times a day, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

People with kidney or heart disease or diabetes, and those taking medication that affects kidney function or blood potassium levels (e.g. some blood pressure drugs or diuretics), must consult a doctor before use.
