NOW Foods NutraFlora® FOS is a concentrated, pleasant-tasting natural fibre made of fructo-oligosaccharides – non-digestible carbohydrates that reach the large intestine intact and serve as food for beneficial bacteria such as Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus. Start with a small amount and increase gradually.

Ingredienser
Per 2 teaspoons (about 5 g): NutraFlora® FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides) 5,000 mg; energy 10 kcal; carbohydrate 5 g; fibre 5 g.
Other ingredients: none.
Användning
Start with ½ teaspoon a day in water or juice and gradually increase to up to 2 teaspoons a day. For maintenance, ½ teaspoon a day.
Varningar
May cause bloating or gas at first – increase the dose gradually. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Do not eat the freshness packet. Store in a cool, dry place.
