NOW Sports Micronized Creatine Monohydrate is pure creatine milled to a fine powder, so it dissolves more easily and doesn't settle at the bottom of the glass. No additives or preservatives. Creatine is stored mainly in muscle, where it helps regenerate ATP for short, intense efforts.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g).

Per 1½ level teaspoons (about 4.2 g): creatine monohydrate 4,200 mg.

Användning
Adults – loading (first 7 days): 1½ level teaspoons in fruit juice or another sweetened drink 3 to 4 times a day, before and after exercise. Maintenance: 1 to 3 servings a day, 3–4 hours apart. For continuous use beyond 28 days, one serving a day. Drink plenty of fluids.
