Beskrivning

L-cysteine is a sulphur-containing amino acid and a building block of keratin – the protein of hair, nails and the outer layer of the skin. The body also uses it to make glutathione and taurine.

NOW Foods L-Cysteine combines 500 mg of L-cysteine with two vitamins: vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and vitamin B-6, which contributes to normal cysteine synthesis and normal protein metabolism.

Ingredienser

Per tablet: vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 60 mg; vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 10 mg; L-cysteine (from 650 mg L-cysteine HCl) 500 mg.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), vegetarian coating (hypromellose, stearic acid, sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate, sunflower oil), citric acid.

Användning

Adults: 1 tablet 1 to 3 times a day as needed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
