Beskrivning

NOW Foods Iron Complex Caps combine Ferrochel™ iron bisglycinate – a well-tolerated, non-constipating form of iron – with vitamin C, active folate (Quatrefolic®) and methylcobalamin (B-12), plus organic dong quai and raspberry leaf.

Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
Folate and vitamin B-12 contribute to normal red blood cell formation.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: iron (from 135 mg ferrous bisglycinate, Ferrochel™) 27 mg; vitamin C 90 mg; folate 170 µg DFE (100 µg (6S)-5-MTHF, Quatrefolic®); vitamin B-12 (methylcobalamin) 50 µg; organic dong quai root 50 mg; red raspberry leaf.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, stearic acid (vegetable source).

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
