NOW Sports Creatine Monohydrate is pure creatine with no additives or preservatives, available as an unflavoured powder or in vegetarian capsules. Creatine is made naturally in the body and stored mainly in skeletal muscle, where it helps regenerate ATP – the energy source for short, intense efforts such as sprints or heavy lifts.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g).

- 750 mg creatine monohydrate per vegetarian capsule (4.5 g per 6 capsules)

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source).
Användning
Adults – loading (first 7 days): one serving (1½ level teaspoons of powder or 6 capsules) with fruit juice or another sweetened drink 3 to 4 times a day, before and after exercise. Maintenance: one serving 1 to 3 times a day, 3–4 hours apart. For continuous use beyond 28 days, one serving a day. Drink plenty of fluids.
