NOW Sports Betaine Powder is pure betaine anhydrous (trimethylglycine, TMG) with nothing added. Betaine is a modified amino acid that acts as a methyl donor in the body, including in homocysteine metabolism, and helps cells maintain their volume – popular with endurance and strength athletes.
Betaine contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 1.5 g).

Ingredienser
Per ½ level teaspoon (about 1.6 g): betaine anhydrous (trimethylglycine) 1,600 mg.

Användning
Adults: ½ level teaspoon twice a day, mixed into water or another drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
