NOW Foods Apple Pectin provides pectin – a water-soluble fibre from apples that forms a gel with water – in convenient capsules. Take it with plenty of water before meals and increase the dose gradually.

Ingredienser
Per 2 capsules: apple pectin powder 1,400 mg; carbohydrate 1 g, of which fibre 1 g.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source).
Användning
Adults: 2 capsules once or twice a day with 250–300 ml of water or juice, preferably 30 minutes before meals. Start with a lower dose and increase gradually over several weeks; drink extra fluids during the day. Take medication at least 2 hours apart. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
