NOW Foods Alpha Lipoic Acid 250 mg provides a higher dose of ALA in one capsule a day. Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) is a sulphur-containing compound made by the body in small amounts and found in foods such as spinach, broccoli and organ meats. It is unusual in being active in both water- and fat-based environments, and it helps regenerate other antioxidants such as vitamins C and E.

Available in 60 and 120 capsule packs

Ingredienser

Per capsule: alpha lipoic acid 250 mg.

Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
