Holland & Barrett High Strength Complete Vit B Complex contains all eight B vitamins in high-strength amounts, plus choline, inositol and PABA. Vegan.

Ingredienser
Per 2 tablets: vitamin B1 10 mg (909% NRV), vitamin B2 15 mg (1071%), niacin 25 mg NE (156%), pantothenic acid 100 mg (1667%), vitamin B6 10 mg (714%), folic acid 400 µg (200%), vitamin B12 25 µg (1000%), biotin 100 µg (200%), choline bitartrate 250 mg, inositol 250 mg, PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) 50 mg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, glycerol.
Allergens: none.
Användning
Adults: 2 tablets a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Varningar
For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Long-term intake of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. May colour urine bright yellow.
