Garden of Life Vitamin Code Women is a whole-food multivitamin with 20+ vitamins and minerals for women, including iron, 800 µg DFE folate, vitamin D3 and K2, plus a raw organic fruit and vegetable blend and a raw probiotic and enzyme blend. Garden of Life Vitamin Code® products use "RAW Food-Created Nutrients" – vitamins and minerals produced by culturing with S. cerevisiae (yeast) and delivered with raw organic fruits and vegetables, probiotics and enzymes, without binders or fillers. Vegetarian.

Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Användning

Adults: 4 capsules a day, ideally 2 capsules twice a day, with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
