Garden of Life Vitamin Code RAW Prenatal is a whole-food prenatal multivitamin with 21 vitamins and minerals – including 800 µg DFE folate, 27 mg iron (brown rice chelate), iodine from organic sea kelp and vitamin D3 – plus vitamin K2 (MK-7), organic amla, a raw organic fruit and vegetable blend and a prenatal digestive blend with probiotics and ginger. Garden of Life Vitamin Code® products use "RAW Food-Created Nutrients" – vitamins and minerals produced by culturing with S. cerevisiae (yeast) and delivered with raw organic fruits and vegetables, probiotics and enzymes, without binders or fillers. Vegetarian.

Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.
Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin.
Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function.

Användning

Women: 1 capsule 3 times a day, with or without food. Capsules may be opened and the contents added to water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
