Garden of Life Vitamin Code RAW Iron provides 22 mg of iron as brown rice chelate with vitamin C, folate and vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), a raw organic fruit and vegetable blend and a raw probiotic and enzyme blend. Garden of Life Vitamin Code® products use "RAW Food-Created Nutrients" – vitamins and minerals produced by culturing with S. cerevisiae (yeast) and delivered with raw organic fruits and vegetables, probiotics and enzymes, without binders or fillers. Vegan.

Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to normal blood formation.
Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Per capsule: vitamin C 25 mg (31% NRV); folate 400 µg DFE (200% NRV); vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 500 µg (20,000% NRV); iron (brown rice chelate) 22 mg (157% NRV); raw organic fruit and vegetable blend (organic apple, beet, broccoli, carrot, spinach, tomato, strawberry, tart cherry, blackberry, green pepper, Brussels sprout, blueberry, ginger, garlic, green onion, raspberry, parsley, cauliflower, red cabbage, kale, cucumber, celery, asparagus) 310 mg; raw probiotic and enzyme blend (lipase, protease, aspergillopepsin, beta-glucanase, cellulase, bromelain, phytase, lactase, papain, peptidase, pectinase, hemicellulase, xylanase, Lactobacillus plantarum, L. bulgaricus – 500 million CFU) 60 mg.

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), organic rice husk.

Allergens: contains celery. Manufactured in a facility that also processes soya, dairy, peanut, tree nuts and shellfish.

Användning

Adults: 1 capsule a day, with or without food. The capsule may be opened and the contents added to water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
