Garden of Life Vitamin Code Healthy Blood combines iron (brown rice chelate) with the co-nutrients vitamin C, B6, folate and B12, a trace mineral blend of organic spirulina, cracked-wall chlorella and ancient peat, a raw organic fruit and vegetable blend and a raw probiotic and enzyme blend. Garden of Life Vitamin Code® products use "RAW Food-Created Nutrients" – vitamins and minerals produced by culturing with S. cerevisiae (yeast) and delivered with raw organic fruits and vegetables, probiotics and enzymes, without binders or fillers. Vegan.

Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and to normal oxygen transport in the body.
Folate and vitamin B12 contribute to normal blood formation.
Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Per 2 capsules: vitamin C 90 mg (113% NRV); vitamin B6 4.25 mg (304% NRV); folate 400 µg DFE (200% NRV); vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 18 µg (720% NRV); iron (brown rice chelate) 28.8 mg (206% NRV); trace mineral blend 175 mg (organic spirulina, organic cracked-wall chlorella, ancient peat); raw organic fruit and vegetable blend (organic apple, beet, broccoli, carrot, spinach, tomato, strawberry, tart cherry, blackberry, green pepper, Brussels sprout, blueberry, ginger, garlic, green onion, raspberry, parsley, cauliflower, red cabbage, kale, cucumber, celery, asparagus) 170 mg; raw probiotic and enzyme blend (lipase, protease, aspergillopepsin, beta-glucanase, cellulase, bromelain, phytase, lactase, papain, peptidase, pectinase, hemicellulase, xylanase, Lactobacillus plantarum, L. bulgaricus – 500 million CFU) 60 mg.

Användning

Adults: 2 capsules a day, with or without food. Capsules may be opened and the contents added to water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
