Ingredienser
Per scoop (6.8 g): creatine monohydrate (micronized) 5 g.
Other ingredients: citric acid, DL-malic acid, natural and artificial flavour, sucralose, silica, spirulina extract (colour).
Allergens: none declared. Produced in a facility that also processes milk, egg, fish, crustaceans, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, soy and sesame.
Användning
Adults: mix 1 scoop with 240–350 ml of water or another drink once a day, before or after training or at any time of day. Use consistently and drink plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Varningar
For adults only (18+). Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult a doctor before use if you have kidney disease or another medical condition or are taking medication. Stop use 2 weeks before surgery. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
