Dorian Yates Blood & Guts is a high-stimulant pre-workout powder built on large doses of citrulline malate (6 g), beta-alanine (5.5 g) and arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (4 g), plus L-tyrosine and caffeine from caffeine anhydrous, green tea and guarana (approx. 372 mg per full serving). Made in the EU for DY Nutrition, the brand of six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates.

Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients: L-citrulline DL-malate (2:1), beta-alanine, A-AKG complex (L-arginine, calcium alpha-ketoglutarate), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium phosphates), flavouring, L-tyrosine, maltodextrin, caffeine anhydrous, green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), sweet orange peel extract (Citrus sinensis), nicotinamide, guarana seed extract (Paullinia cupana), colours (flavour-dependent, e.g. Ponceau 4R, indigo carmine), black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum).

Allergens: none declared; made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, egg and nuts.

Användning

Adults: first-time users mix 1 scoop (9.5 g) with 250–300 ml of cold water; regular users 2 scoops (19 g). Drink 30 minutes before training. No more than 1 serving a day.

For adults only. Contains caffeine – not recommended for children, anyone under 18 or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not combine with other caffeine sources. Consult a doctor before use if you have, or have a family history of, heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid, liver or kidney disease, diabetes, anxiety or other psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, prostate enlargement or seizures, or if you take MAO inhibitors, antidepressants or other medication. Stop use 2 weeks before surgery. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation on the skin. Very high caffeine content (approx. 372 mg per 19 g serving).
