Doctor's Best Creatine Powder is pure micronised creatine monohydrate with nothing added. Creatine is a compound made from amino acids, found naturally in meat and fish and stored mainly in muscle as phosphocreatine. Micronisation makes the fine powder mix easily into water or other drinks.

Användning
Adults: dissolve 1 level scoop (approx. 5 g) in 350 ml of water or a drink of your choice once a day, 30–90 minutes before or after exercise. Drink plenty of fluids during the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
