Per bear: vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) 250 µg (31% NRV); vitamin D3 10 µg (200% NRV); vitamin E 3.7 mg (31% NRV); vitamin C 10 mg (13% NRV); thiamin 1 µg; riboflavin 1 µg; niacin 1 µg; vitamin B6 1 µg; folate (folic acid 20 µg + L-methylfolate 30 µg); vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 30 µg (1200% NRV); biotin 30 µg (60% NRV); pantothenic acid 2.6 mg (43% NRV); iodine 21 µg (14% NRV); zinc 1.35 mg (14% NRV); selenium 25 µg (45% NRV); inositol 20 µg; choline 20 µg.

Ingredients: pectins, sugar, maltose syrup, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), selenomethionine, vitamin E (alpha-tocopheryl acetate), zinc citrate, calcium pantothenate, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, retinyl palmitate, L-methylfolate and folic acid, methylcobalamin, biotin, choline bitartrate, potassium iodide, cholecalciferol, inositol, purified water, concentrated strawberry juice, black carrot, citric acid, strawberry flavour, sodium hexametaphosphate (stabiliser), trisodium citrate, glazing agents (carnauba wax, coconut oil), paprika extract.

Children 3–5 years: 1 bear a day; 6–8 years: 2 bears a day; 9–12 years: 3 bears a day (approx. 1 bear per 10–15 kg body weight). Take with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Not suitable for children under 3 years. Use under adult supervision – gummies can be a choking hazard. Do not combine with other supplements containing vitamins A or D without advice. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
