Conteh Sports Cream of Rice is finely milled pre-cooked rice flour for a quick, smooth hot cereal or shake – an easily digested, naturally gluten-free carbohydrate source for before and after training, in dessert-style flavours.

Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after highly intensive and/or long-lasting exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores.

Användning

Mix 1–2 scoops with water or milk and stir; microwave briefly for a hot porridge, or blend into a shake.
