Applied Nutrition ISO-XP is an instantised whey protein isolate from European grass-fed cows, ultra-filtered for a high protein content with very little fat, carbohydrate and lactose. Each 25 g scoop provides about 22 g of protein and 93 kcal with less than 1 g of carbohydrate. Soy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian and Halal certified. Flavours include Vanilla, Chocolate Dessert, Strawberry, Banana, Cafe Latte, Choco Hazelnut, Choco Peanut, Choco Caramel, Choco Honeycomb, White Choco Hazelnut, White Choc Pistachio and Cookies & Cream. Ingredients (Vanilla): whey protein isolate (milk) (97%) (contains emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), natural flavouring, sweetener (sucralose). Other flavours contain fat-reduced cocoa powder (chocolate flavours) and natural colours (e.g. curcumin, beetroot, caramel).

Allergens: milk. Made in a facility that handles egg, soy, fish and cereals containing gluten.

Användning

Mix 1 scoop (25 g) with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk; 1–3 servings a day depending on protein needs – e.g. on waking and after training. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended.
