Beskrivning
Allnutrition BCAA 1100 2:1:1 Pro Series provides branched-chain amino acids – L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine – in the classic 2:1:1 ratio, in easy-to-swallow capsules. BCAAs are essential amino acids that the body cannot make itself and must obtain from food; they make up a large share of the amino acids in muscle protein. Each capsule contains 1100 mg of BCAAs.

Ingredienser
Per capsule: BCAA 1100 mg, of which L-leucine 550 mg, L-isoleucine 275 mg, L-valine 275 mg.
Other ingredients: capsule shell: gelatin, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Användning
Adults: training days – 3 capsules before and 3 immediately after training with 250 ml of water; rest days – 3 capsules in the morning. Max. 6 capsules a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
